Telephone and fax messages can be left at the Conference Office.  Messages will be posted on the noticeboard by the registration desk.

The fax and answering machine in the Conference Office will be checked throughout the day, until at least 1800.  Outwith these hours, messages may be left on the answering machine, or alternatively at the Porters' Lodge. Note that there may be some delay in delivering messages left at the Porters' Lodge.

Faxes
Faxes may be sent from the Conference Office.  Outgoing faxes will be charged at the rate of £1.60 for the first sheet and £0.60 per sheet thereafter.  There is no charge for incoming faxes.

There is also a photocopier in the Conference Office - copies are £0.15 per sheet.

Telephones
There are no telephones in the study bedrooms.  Public telephones are located as follows:-

• at each entrance to the Bar (cash)
• by the entrance to the Linnett Room (cash)
• In the Umney Foyer (cash, phonecards and credit cards)
• At the foot of Staircase G (cash, phonecards and credit cards)
