Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided in single study bedrooms.  All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities.  Most rooms will have private bathrooms, although this cannot be guaranteed.  Where there is no en-suite bathroom, facilities will be shared between 2 rooms.  The rooms do not have telephones.

In the event that our allocation of rooms becomes fully booked, Robinson can arrange accommodation at nearby colleges.  We will not book anyone into alternative accommodation without prior consultation.

Rooms should be available for occupation prior to registration on 20 September, and must be vacated by 0930 on the last day.  A luggage storage facility is available.

On arrival, residential delegates should collect their room keys from the Porters Lodge.  Keys should be returned to the Porters Lodge prior to departure.  Delegates will be charged a £15 fee for non-return of keys.

There will be a drinks reception (sponsored by Molecular Simulations Inc.) on 20 September from 1800 - 1900. Receptions will be held on the Balcony, and all delegates are welcome to attend.

The College also has a bar, which is open at lunchtimes (1200-1400) and during the evening (1800-2300).
